Active Shooter Emergency Response - March 28 NIHRMA Meeting
Emergency Response- Active Shooter
Are you in a safe work environment? How do you recognize the early warning signs of workplace violence? How do you remain safe and calm during an active shooter incident?
With the ever-growing active shooter situations across the country and world, it is even more important for companies to have a plan put together and to train their employees so they are prepared in the event that the worst-case scenario becomes a reality.
Northern Indiana Human Resource Management Association (NIHRMA) is partnering with General Insurance Services to offer this training to individuals responsible for the development and execution of a company’s emergency response plan. Chief Mark Swistek, Assistant Chief Royce Williams and Assistant Chief Tim Richardson of the Michigan City Police Department will present this training on March 28, 2017 at the new MCPD facility. Human Resource professionals, safety managers, first responders, and supervisors are invited to attend this workshop. Register now to reserve your place!
