We are partnering with Indiana University Northwest School of Business and Economics to offer a no-cost workshop on addressing the challenges faced by small- and medium-sized family-owned businesses in Northwest Indiana. With significant consulting in small business management, Subir Bandyopadhyay, PhD,
a professor of marketing along with Dr. Charles Hobson, professor of management, will facilitate the workshop.

Key Objectives: Outline the challenges faced, find key solutions to the challenges faced by small family-run businesses, and provide real-life examples of family-run businesses that have successfully addressed the key challenges outlined above.
When: Noon to 4 p.m. Friday Nov. 17
