The topic of Change is always an interesting one. Change is inevitable and we all know this to be true- but for most of us, change is hard. We resist; we fear; we fight and we stay stuck in mediocre. Change is also a gift, and the growth that happens through change is optional. Master Certified Life Coach Leslie Plesac will share 5 skills that make change feel more like freedom.
“Our job in this life is not to shape ourselves into some ideal we imagine we ought to be, but to find out who we already are and become it.” Steven Pressfield, The War of Art
