On December 14, the Federal Communications Commission voted to enact the Restoring Internet Freedom Act (RIFA) which repealed internet neutrality rules. The rollback of net neutrality regulations, depending on whom you listen to, is either the death of the internet as we know it or the unleashing of a new era of innovation and growth. Understanding the issue is difficult, to say the least.
