Finalists Chosen for the PNW Big Sell Pitch Competition
HAMMOND and WESTVILLE, Ind. — Purdue University Northwest (PNW) has announced the finalists for the 2025 PNW Big Sell pitch competition.
The 2025 PNW Big Sell will start at 1 p.m. on May 3, providing a space for aspiring entrepreneurs to pitch their business concepts for a chance to win seed funding. First through third place winners can win funding totals of $10,000, $3,000 and $1,000, respectively.
The PNW Big Sell is sponsored by Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) and PNW’s College of Business and Commercialization and Manufacturing Excellence Center.
“These finalists represent the next generation of changemakers, creators, and business leaders in the PNW and Region entrepreneurial ecosystem, bringing forward fresh ideas in industries ranging from tech and sustainability to wellness and lifestyle,” said Alexandra Moran, PNW assistant professor of practice in Management.
The 2025 PNW Big Sell finalists and their concepts include:

- Caiden Carlson — FEAST
- Alexis Karahalios — Septo
- Dhara Patel — Shield
- Nabeel Rabie — Scent Seal
- Allyson Straka — Frozen Garden
- Orion Traulle — Jamhouse, LLC
- Felipe Trejo — Easily repairable and customizable wireless gaming mouse
- Ashton Verbish — SafetyGlow
- Paul Walczak — Yuda
- Donna Webster — Breath’g Vegan, LLC
