MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. – Lubeznik Center for the Arts (LCA) is proud to announce a ribbon cutting for a new mural on Friday, August 22 at noon at the HotSpot Cafe, located at 602 Lincolnway in LaPorte, Ind.
